40-something- started wrenching on my Dad's midget car and never quit. Learn to drive on tri-power '65 4speed GTO.
Automotive claim to fame:
Racing ASA in the '70s, owning an ASA Team in the '90s, and making the magazine staff as a former Midwesterner in the new millennium- didn't hurt to have '40 as a HOT ROD cover car either.
First car owned:
1956 Ford Fairlane, 292 with 3- 2 barrels and 3 on the tree with overdrive.
Number of rental cars destroyed:
None- wreck my own
Manual or automatic?
Open Road- give me a swizzle stick with 4, 5, or even 6 notches. In LA or Chicago traffic- automatic
Turbocharged or supercharged?
Own one supercharged car now. Had factory turbo car but cant's wait for the lag. Both are way cool!

If you were a car, what model would you be?
'64 Chevelle convertible as it is similar but different. A classic style that started it all but a model that is not seen everyday.
